I use Backupbuddy from pluginbuddy. You do pay for it, but it takes me literally two minutes to restore a full site with page/posts/themes. Good for creating a local copy, than sending to your server when the domain is purchased.

So you know I have to put in my thoughts about body image and that Fat Talk is the most evil thing around. I am so proud to work for an organization that is finally take a stand and reaching out to not just women but all individuals that struggle with body image. Tri Delta just concluded their 4th Annual Fat Talk Free Week which is a campaign that was developed to spread the word about our signature program, Reflections.

Every day I too struggle with my self image and I constantly remind myself to not fat talk and to continue to educate others around me the effects that it can have.

Good luck Shauna and know that you are beautiful because God created you!

I would definitely recommend using the Askimet plugin to block spam! Have you tried that one yet?

Looks very useful. I’ll give it a try.

Do you have any suggestions for spam blocking? I have two new sites that I’m working on, and I recently starting getting quite a lot of spam comments. The comments are not on the blog, but rather in “response” to the photos. I don’t even understand how they are making the comments. Anyway, I can’t figure out a way to block the spammers, so I have the sites set up so that all comments must be approved by me before they go live. It’s very tedious to dig through them every day, looking for genuine commenters.

Any tips would be appreciated.
